Common Questions
Yes, please bring your medical aid card and a valid form of ID to every appointment. This ensures we can process your claim accurately and without delays.
If there is a co-payment or shortfall between our consultation fee and your medical aid rate, you will be responsible for the difference. We will inform you of any expected shortfall before your consultation where possible.
This depends on your specific plan and available benefits. Some plans cover IV therapy under chronic or acute benefits. We recommend checking with your medical aid prior to your appointment. We will provide a detailed invoice with the appropriate ICD-10 and billing codes for your claim.
